recently I have a conventional tissue paper tassel garland to hang over my daughter’s bed. You've probably seen them all over Pinterest lately.
But I thought I'd like jazz a terracotta pot and decided that everything in miniature is just adorable, so I wrap a small version to my pot-and the result are just the cutest!

Here’s what you brauchen:
step 1: grab a piece of tissue paper and fold it in half lengthwise.
step 2: fold in half again.
step 3: Unfold and cut along the fold, you’ve just made. You have 2 thin pieces.
step 4: Grab a skinny piece of tissue paper and fold it in half lengthwise.
step 5: fold in half the other way.
step 6: fold in half again.
step 7: fold in half again.
step 8: Cut the lines in the bottom of the rectangle, stopping about half an inch from the folded tip.
step 9: Unfold your fringed piece and cut along the folded lines. You should have 8 pieces.
step 10: roll each piece of tissue paper with the fringe on both sides.
step 11: Turn the middle part of the puff.
step 12: Place a piece of the tassel twine in the middle, and add a dot of hot glue on the center.
step 13: fold the tassel on the cord and rotate a few times.
step 14: For the final added touch, paint a layer of Gloss Mod smorgasbord on the terracotta pot. This just gives it a more finished look.
is Once the Mod-conglomeration of dry, wrap the garland around the pot, add a succulent, or a flower, and you are done! These small tassels can be hung anywhere. I just love them so much!
