I am one of those artists that uses the Mod-smorgasbord at every opportunity, so I'm very thrilled to be here, today, is a paper-chain project to share with you!
This paper flower necklace is something I whipped up as a bridal shower gift for a friend who loves jewelry and jewel tones. It was so easy to make, and she absolutely loved it!
Collect These Supplies

paper flowers
Matt Mod hotchpotch
Sparkle Mod hotchpotch
decorative brad
glue-on bail
jewelry glue

The packages of paper flowers that I bought had flowers in two sizes. I used both sizes are layered in two different colors.

Paint the back of each paper flower with matte Mod smorgasbord to help to add rigidity and durability of the flowers. When this is dry, flip it over and paint the fronts with sparkle Mod smorgasbord.

together, Stack the two layers and secure them together with a decorative paper brad through the middle.

Flip the flower over and glue a bail on the back.

String to wear it on the chain and paper chain necklace is ready to go!
