Halloween Party cups
What you Need:

ice cream sundae
paper straws
crepe paper Streamers
Halloween Minis like little crows, bats, pumpkins, etc.
hot glue gun and glue
sewing machine and thread or sewing machine needle and thread
Rolling Pin
Mod hotchpotch of Sparkle (optional)

instructions:
The first thing you do is the crepe paper garland ruffled. Measure the circumference of your ice cup. Double that measurement. So, if you were in your cups 9″ round, would your streak to 18″. I cut two strips per Cup.
you fold your strip in half lengthwise. You stack one above the other.
Now you need to sew a gathering basting stitch across the top of the strip Stitch either with a machine with a large basting stitch by hand or at the top of the folded edge of the strip so close to the edge as possible.
, Drag a side of the thread to collect your paper. You keep collecting until you have enough to fit perfectly to the top of your Cup.
Now you make the handle. Grab a paper straw. You roll the paper straw flat with a rolling pin. The paper curls to help the straw to the pen, the shape of the curve.
you can Now pull the handle on the Cup. You place a DAB of glue on one side of the Cup near the top. Press the end of the straw into the glue and hold for a few seconds to set. Then add a DAB of glue on the other side of the Cup and glue down the other end of the straw.
next, add the crepe paper ruffle. Run a bead of glue around the top edge of the Cup, and then press the stitched side of the ruffle into the glue. The work is glued to a little at a time until you have the ruffles all the way around the Cup.
Now you can like the fluff, the frills, if you will. Carefully separate the layers of crepe paper according to your wishes.
To finish off your Halloween-party-cups, glue your decoration on the side of the handle. I used a small feathered crows. Now your mini-buckets, they are filled with candy.
I LOVE how this DIY favors out Halloween was! This vintage treat is inspired cups hold a lot of candy. I think they would be great for a party or to fill with a special treat for their special lovies for Halloween. I hope you give it a try on your next Halloween bash!
