DIY Valentine Box
Collect These Supplies
Oval wood box
acrylic paint – I used Martha Stewart bedding
moss rubber – in different colors (light brown, dark brown, red)
Mod smorgasbord – Hard Coat or Sparkle (optional)
Glitter adhesive letters
hot glue gun
Paint your wooden box and let them dry. You give him another coat. Once this is dry, coat your Valentine's day box with Mod smorgasbord and let it dry. This is optional, but I think a perfect Mod hodgepodge formula for these is the Glitter. It is the perfect bling for the holiday!
Print out your pug-pattern – to do you don’t have it in color, I have only this, so you could see the different colors.
section of the pug's head out of the foam, based on the colors in the pattern. You’ll end up with separate pieces . . .

Add the wiggly eyes with hot glue as well – and the nose and the tongue.
won your pug Valentine’s day-field’t, until you add the wrinkles and highlights on the surface, you’ll do that with a Sharpie, and the pattern shows you where to add these lines (you can a few more wrinkles about the eyes, if you want to).
as soon As your pug's face is complete, cut the head and glue it to the front of the box, right below the buckle (so that the top unglued). The shutter should operate to be able to the behind the head.
Cut a large hot for the top of the box – and a number of smaller hearts in various sizes add to the rest of the box.
Paste the letters spelling out “pugs and kisses” on the top of the box, in the great heart.
Then glue the remaining hearts on the field – and add little accents to the heart with the Sharpie. Let it dry before using.
children can use the box on your Desk and let the Valentine's day, fill it!
