Easter garland with Craft StringHere is what you need to make the yarn wreath.Mod hodgepodge Matte12-inch balloons, 7 – 8Multi-colored pastel-brush yarnSponge you Blow up your balloons until they are about 6 inches tall. Enjoy it. Let it dry for about 24 hours. It must be REALLY DRY when you pop the balloons, or the yarn will lose it’s egg-shape.
