DIY Valentine's day Tic Tac Toe game

These cute Valentine’s day tic tac toe game with a wooden box and other supplies from the craft store. A great gift to give!

I love the Valentine's day! It is always a challenge-to come up with gift ideas that are not directly in the trash when people are done with them – but I think I've let something great come to mind. This Valentine tic tac toe game not only makes a great gift that has candy, but it is also a game! I themed this cute tic tac toe game with sweet hugs and kisses, and children love to play, even after the candy is gone. And where you put the chips, when you play? On the inside, of course! The recipient will love, this great love-gift idea, and you'll how easy it is to make. Here is how I did it.
Valentine’s day Tic Tac Toe game
Supplies:

HP-printer-and-paper
Valentine’s Day themed scrapbook paper – or in pink and red
acrylic paint – white, Pink, red,
Mod hodgepodge gloss
White-box – 8 ¼ " square (you can also use an unfinished wooden box and paint it)
Tic tac toe printable (Download)
paper punch – heart-shape
wood-circles – 2", at least 10
craft glue
scissors or paper cutter
ribbon – pink or color of your choice

Print out your tic-tac-toe template (PDF Download), the on inkjet paper. I always use a HP printer, because it is bleeding doesn’t, if I Mod smorgasbord. Having said that, if you are concerned, your printer can bleed, spray a sealer on both sides of the paper with clear acrylic and let it dry before Podging Mod. OR, you can print, laserjet, and it won’t bleed.
you can Cut the paper down to fit the top of the box with scissors or a paper cutter.
Add a medium layer of Mod-pick-and-mix to the top of the box and smooth out the tic-tac-toe template down on top. Let it dry for 15 – 20 minutes, and then put another layer of Mod smorgasbord on the top. Let dry.
Paint the half of your wood circles with red and half with pink.
TIP #1: at The same time, you can paint the interior of your white box with a contrasting color like pink or red. This is completely optional!
Give your wood circles with multiple layers of paint and let it dry.
Select your favorite papers. Use your paper punch to punch out five sets of the heart and contours. In addition, ten strips of a contrasting paper (such as pink) and cut "X"s.
you Use the add Mod conglomeration, to the heart, and the contours at the top of the pink circles. Repeat with the pink "X"s on the top of the red circles. Let dry.
Add tape around the base of the box with craft glue. Let dry.
Once you’re done, so that the game and it’s dry – fill the inside of the box with the game-chips AND a few sweets. Who would you gift a Valentine's day tic-tac-toe game?
