You cover the outer part of the phone, including the sides, with a layer of Mod-hodgepodge with the brush.Note, I wiped the keys in my case. This is optional, but due to high use, the glitter is probably good to have buttons, which are part of the case. step 2: Immediately pour glitter over the glued area and set it down for 2 minutes. Then tip about the case, and allow excess glitter to fall back onto the parchment.step 3: Repeat! Add glue, then glitter, then let sit for 2 minutes. This ensures the glitter that completely covers the case. step 4: tap off excess glitter and check out the bald areas. Repeat the procedure to add the Mod smorgasbord and glitter; so make sure, add a thin layer of Mod to fill hodgepodge, in the bald areas, so that you don’t clumping or unevenness.to dry as soon As you are satisfied with the case and the previous layers of the glue are dried, brush a final layer of Mod smorgasbord on the glitter and set aside completely. This last layer of Mod-hodgepodge helps seal the glitter in place, so that it is shed for longer and (hopefully) less. Once dry, go ahead and slip your phone inside of the new case. You are sure to make a statement with this colorful, sparkly cell phone case, and I bet no one will believe that it is a DIY!tip: if you are pretty hard on your cell phone cases I recommend the use of an additional brush or spray on clear acrylic sealer over the top – something like Minwax polycrylic (which is a brush). This will give you even more durability.
