Supplies:

paper gift bags
Confetti!
Mod hodgepodge Mat (you canany kind, really, but if you want a little extra fancy, try some Glitter Mod smorgasbord so you get a subtle glitter effect behind the confetti!)to pour br>sponge brushes (+ a plate, the Mod smorgasbord and you dip your brush for easy application)

a layer of Mod-pick-and-mix to the bottom of the bag.

Sprinkle a little confetti to cover the area gently “stick with” him down, so you get a decent layer. Shake the excess confetti and let it dry.
*tip: if your bag confetti-fied, in order to prevent that the Mod-hodgepodge accidentally open the seal of the lateral folds of the bag (this makes it difficult to), open the bag and let it dry.
