Start by the Mod-hodgepodge Matt all about the graphics that you want to cover. You want a somewhat decent coating so that the confetti stick!
you can Sprinkle some confetti on top, pressing down to adhere as much to the Mod-hodgepodge, as possible.
Shake the excess confetti and let it dry for an hour or so. Add a second layer of Mod hodgepodge about the confetti that’s stuck already, sprinkle more confetti, tap off excess, and let dry overnight.
frame your print or hand tape it on your wall with some cute washi and you’ve got a fabulous (and easy!) Piece of decoration. Wrong’t confetti fun to Tinker?
