Bracelet Makeover with Glitter and Mod-hodgepodge

To do here’s, like, a simple bracelet makeover with Mod smorgasbord on a piece of jewelry. Make something old new again with a pop of glitter!

Today I’m sharing have a simple makeover to an old piece of jewelry that I have. I’ve had this piece for probably 10 years. I wear only haven’t it in eternity. But for some reason, I’ve never threw it.
So I thought I would give it a quick makeover for my friends little girl playing with dress up. I have three boys, so I don’t make too many girly crafts. I was pretty excited!
This is what the bracelet looked like before. I think 10 years ago I have loved it, not so much more . . .

First steps
I had the Supplies already on hand for this project. I rounded up my “handy dandy” Mod hodgepodge, glitter and color.
Let’s get crafting!

step 1 – color bracelet
I painted the bracelet first of all, the fact that the color of the front, back and sides. I let each section dry for a few minutes.

step 2 – Add Mod smorgasbord and Glitter
Then I went added some Mod-smorgasbord in the recesses of the bracelet, that as my guide.
in addition to splashed me on my glitter. See, this is a super simple craft!!

will start as soon As the Mod-dries hodgepodge, then your ready to wear it!
Since I’m going to surprise my friends little girl with the bracelet itself. But this is a perfect craft for each child.
I think I might start checking some thrift stores for more wood bracelets to give makeovers. The was a lot of fun to work with.
