Start with a set of wooden letters. I found these bad boys at Craft warehouse, a local craft companies in the Pacific Northwest. I like to shop at all the craft stores, but I like the local, if I want something a little bit different. I think they often offer inventory that the chains, the don’t.
Paint your letters with a few coats of acrylic paint. I painted the Ghost with the white and then the pumpkin and the letter “B” with a purple color. The edges of the pumpkin will need to have purple, but you don’t, for the whole of the front, since the Band about you. Let dry.
