Birdhouse Frame Home Decor Piece
This bird house frame is a good way to good-looking decorating on a budget! The birdhouses were only $1, and you can use them for each season.
I been tinkering with love, but I also have a very small budget – so I try to make things that are cheap, but super nice. I love decorating for the holidays, so you can find a lot of holiday crafts over on my blog, as well as recipe reviews, and a ton of tutorials!
I hope you will stop by and check it out sometime. Today I will show you how to make a Mod Podged bird houses with the frame.
I found some large wooden birdhouses over to Michaels a few weeks ago and they were only a dollar. So I took a few and asked what would you do with them.
Well, I finally figured it out and I decided to listen to the Mod smorgasbord of them! I can tell you’t you, how much I love this Mod-hodgepodge. It is so easy to use and you can take it just about anything.

wood bird house
8 x 10 frame black (I had an old frame I have is black
Antique painted)-white color
Mod hodgepodge gloss
step 1: If your frame is’t black, paint it!
step 2: While your frame is drying, Paint your bird house with the color of your choice, I used antique white.
step 3: After your house is dry, distress it with some distressing ink! And then it’s time to measure the dimensions of the sides, front and top in your house! Once you have measured them, cut them to fit your paper.
step 4: apply a thin layer of Mod-smorgasbord on your house, then place your paper over and apply another layer of Mod-pick-and-mix to seal the edges.
step 5. After your Mod hodgepodge is dry, hot glue the rope to the back of the frame.
How easy is that? Only five steps!!!! I love how it turned out, and it was so easy, anyone can do this. Thank you Amy, I guest post today. I hope they all stop by Inspiring creations and find inspiration for your own!!
